In most cases, Zen Brainz will accommodate group treatment programs for families, friends, co-workers, and teams.

 

A minimum of 10 participants will be required for our group rate of $150 per person.

 

Each new participant receiving treatment will need to complete the on-boarding questionnaire and waiver form. You will receive the form via email once you book your appointment.
